Publications/Newsletter Committee

At least two times a year, the Publications Committee prepares, and the Business Law Section publishes and mails to all Section members, a Newsletter. The purpose of the Newsletter is to deliver reports to Section members regarding activities and publications of the Section, to provide short, practical articles that are helpful to Section members in their practice. The Committee welcomes the submission of proposed articles for publication in its Newsletter. Articles should range in length from 1,000 to 2,000 words and should be submitted both in hard copy and on disk via email to the Chair of the Publications Committee at the contact information listed below.

In the future, it is expected that mailings of the newsletter will be phased out and distribution will occur by email and through the Section website.
