Financial Institutions Committee

The Financial Institutions Committee consists of lawyers whose practices are concentrated in commercial lending. Although almost all of its members represent financial institutions, the Committee encourages lawyers who represent borrowers to become members too. This Committee focuses on new developments in commercial lending law, including agricultural and agri-business, aircraft, maritime, and real estate financing, secured lending, lender liability, loan documentation, and loan participation and syndications.
