Law of Commerce in Cyberspace Committee

The Section established the Law of Commerce in Cyberspace Committee to address the global challenges resulting from the use of networks to conduct business transactions. The Committee has been very active over the past few years to address the increasingly complex agenda of issues emerging from the convergence of electronic commerce, infrastructure and information technologies.
