Current Developments Committee

The Current Developments Committee is responsible for preparing and disseminating summaries of legislative, regulatory and case law developments of interest to Washington business law practitioners. The Committee previously published an annual report that was distributed to all Section members. However, the Committee’s present focus is on more frequent updates through the Section website
