• Potential Franchise Act Legislation - At the request of the Washington Department of Financial Institutions, the Business Law Section is posting for our Members information about amendments to the Franchise Investment Protection Act that DFI is considering for the 2012 legislative session. The Executive Committee of the Business Law Section has not taken a position on such possible legislation.
